An epicenter of live music in the city since 2016, the New Orleans Jazz Museum celebrates the origins, evolution, and continuing relevance of New Orleans jazz music and culture through performances, exhibitions, audio preservation, education, and scholarship. The Museum hosts over 365 programs and 15 festivals annually and encompasses a vast collection of over 25,000 music artifacts in addition to the oldest and largest archive related to the region. The Jazz Museum is able to pursue its mission through the generous support of audiences from around the world. Despite being greatly affected by the COVID-19 crisis, the Museum has continued to employ local musicians by producing free virtual content every week. Your gift will directly benefit the Museum, musicians, students, and educators--working together to make jazz accessible to all.
