A Holiday Youth Dance Recital by the New Orleans Dance Collective will feature jazz, tap, and ballet dancers ranging in age from 5-17 years. The New Orleans Dance Collective was founded by Janet Andrews as an outlet for inner city youth to express themselves and showcase their individual freedom through movement.
