Join us for the St. Brigid’s Day Céilí Celebration on Wednesday, February 1st in the Education Center at the New Orleans Jazz Museum.

This event will feature music by Crescent and Clover & Rurik Nunan and guests, cocktails by Gris Gris Nola, and Acushla Local Art Collective art market.

Crescent and Clover is a New Orleans-based quartet playing trad, contemporary, and original Celtic inspired music.

Rurik Nunan

A versatile violinist and singer, Rurik Nunan has been lending his talents to a wide range of artists for over a decade. Growing up in Atlanta with a classical background, he went on to absorb many fiddle styles from bluegrass to hot jazz, while often being inspired by players and styles that don’t normally include the violin. Now a resident of New Orleans, he continues to push the boundaries of the instrument while performing with many of the city’s finest musicians. He's spent long hours in a van with the likes of Cracker, The Whiskey Gentry, Andrew Duhon, and many more. He already knows the difference between a fiddle and a violin,  and he doesn't remember how to play "Devil Went Down to Georgia".
