Making Faces

Making Faces is a collaborative trio featuring Byron Asher (Basher, Skrontch Music) on woodwinds, Trey Boudreaux (The Revelers, Boma Bango) on bass, and Brad Webb (Extended, Some Antics) on drums. Exclusively performing the band members' original music, their repertoire draws from contemporary jazz and improvised music as well as pop and hip-hop sonic worlds. As a trio, they have performed at the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and at venues across South Louisiana, but the three musicians have been playing together in different groups since 2015, sharing stages across the US at art centers, jazz clubs, and DIY spaces.
