Wine Down Wednesday

Summer's the perfect time to get active with your krewe and reward yourself with a glass of wine… or two! We’re partnering with Footprints to Fitness & the New Orleans Jazz National Historic Park for our ‘Yogalates at The Mint’ summer series. This event is supporting a mission of energizing the local community to create a healthy park and healthy people. 

Expect a vitalizing Yoga + Pilates fusion workout, great food, and spirits of course! This series will be held EVERY WEDNESDAY throughout the summer so get ready to grab your workout gear, krewe, ponytail holders, and go cups. Let’s make this summer one to remember! 

What you need:
- BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)

- Positive attitude ready to party!
