Planet M: Meditation, Movement & Music

Monday, October 1, 10am-12pm @ The New Orleans Jazz Museum

Planet M is an open, ritualistic jam where musicians and movers gather and collaborate in a meditative manner. We will go through three awareness practices: meditating, tuning, and merging and explore our improvisational creation on a ground of safety.

Anybody who is curious to experience the power of meditation and collaborate with other movers and musicians is welcome.

Due to its structured form where artists begin and end the ritual all together, please make sure to arrive at the space on time.

Please bring comfortable clothes you can meditate and move in, water and your planetary soul!
