Local musician and tour guide Dave Thomas will speak with Treme's Petit Jazz Museum Director Al Jackson on the festivals that took place and inspired the first New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in 1970, held at modern day Armstrong Park in the Treme neighborhood.
