ABOUT Arsène DeLay is an American singer, songwriter, and musician, based in New Orleans. She is known for her ability to navigate a diverse musical genres, making her challenging to put into a box, gliding from jazz, R&B, blues, rock and roll, to funk and folk. Daughter of an active-duty military father, Arsène spent much of her life on the road, starting on Milwaukee's rich underground hip-hop and poetry scene with Growing Nation, Black Elephant, & Sheree Amore, while finishing her BFA at Marquette University.
