Virtual Concert: Seth and Owen Finch

Tune in to the Jazz Museum’s Facebook on Thursday, April 16, at 7:30pm for a virtual concert by Seth and Owen Finch.

Brothers Seth and Owen Finch, live from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Seth, on piano, is a senior at Baton Rouge High School and recently was accepted to study music at Julliard. He has performed with Diane Reeves, Kurt Elling, Sean Jones, Roland Guerin, and Simon Lott at venues such as Carnegie HallConcertgebouw in Amsterdam, Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Owen is a 15 year old musician that has been playing trumpet for 3 years. He has played in many different events, such as all-parish jazz, the all parish symphonic band, and district honor band. He is also a part of Baton Rouge High’s jazz band, concert band, jazz combo, and symphony. Tonight’s set includes an original composition, and two classics from Bill Withers and Cannonball Adderly.
