This virtual lecture includes multiple organizers and community activists who are committed to making New Orleans and Louisiana a more sustainable place.

The eighth Annual Nola River Festival on September 21-27, 2020 celebrates the environmental, cultural, and economic impact of the Mississippi River and the land it built through live music, cooking demonstrations, presentations, panels, and walking tours that explore this year’s theme “Working on the River."

The festival is free and open to the public, hosted on Facebook. Registration for panels is optional. More information on nolariverfest.org.
