EXHIBIT CLOSING: NOLA Hip Hop & Bounce Party: The Photography of Polo Silk

At 6pm CDT on Thursday, July 21st, The New Orleans Jazz Museum is celebrating the successful closing of the NOLA Hip Hop & Bounce Party exhibit. More Details regarding activities and artists will be announced soon!

The exhibit highlights the photography of Polo Silk who began documenting Hip Hop and Bounce culture in 1986 and has continued until now.

The majority of the photos in this exhibit date from 1990 to the present. His work is a tribute to cultural NOLA hip-hop and bounce icons who are no longer living and who started global musical movements.
