United States Air Force Band of the West Velocity Jazz Ensemble 

The Velocity Jazz Ensemble is the newest popular ensemble from the United States Air Force Band of the West stationed at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX. With multiple configurations such as full electric, acoustic, acoustic amped, jazz combo, and little big band, Velocity can fulfill most if not all mission capabilities. From classic and contemporary country music to R&B, Rock, and Jazz, Velocity can do it all. Velocity's broad musical capabilities allow them to share the Air Force story with a wide range of audiences throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Puerto Rico. Their high-energy performances assist in building partnership capacities with local communities as well as play a huge role in the recruiting efforts of AETC.
