Yelp New Orleans’ 11th Annual Krewe du Vieux Tailgate is back!
The outdoor celebration will benefit the New Orleans Jazz Museum!
This Mardi Gras season, Yelp New Orleans is bringing back its Krewe du Vieux Tailgate on Saturday, February 4 from 12-4 p.m. with a 100% outdoor experience. This year, the celebration will take place on the New Orleans Jazz Museum grounds with live music by DJ PeeWee, The Original Pinettes Brass Band, delicious local bites and libations, and more.
“The New Orleans Jazz Museum is thrilled to once again partner with Yelp New Orleans for the 2023 Krewe du Vieux kickoff party,” says Greg Lambousy, director of the New Orleans Jazz Museum. “Last year, our grounds were overflowing with guests having a great time and also with many great local vendors and overall the event was truly a success. We can't wait to kick off Krewe de Vieux again with Yelp New Orleans for this wonderful fundraising event.”
“We couldn’t be more excited to bring this event back for its 11th year to celebrate the city and give back to an organization that’s preserving its culture, the New Orleans Jazz Museum,” says Jordan Vernon, Yelp New Orleans’ community manager. “The tailgate is such a great way to get our local community engaged with and supporting these awesome local businesses while we all have a little Mardi Gras fun.”
While the event is free to attend via RSVP on the event page, a minimum donation of $20 is suggested to support the museum’s endeavors. All donations will benefit the non-profit museum. Must be 21 years of age and older to attend.
