The New Orleans Jazz Museum presents its weekly Balcony Courtyard concert series on Tuesday at 5pm CDT. Bring your blanket! Seats are not provided for outdoor programs.

Artist Bio:

Joe Lastie is a master drummer from New Orleans and a cornerstone of the city’s rich musical tradition. Best known for his long tenure with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Lastie’s powerful yet deeply soulful style blends gospel, R&B, and traditional New Orleans jazz. Born into a family of musicians, he began drumming in church as a child and went on to perform around the world, keeping the spirit of New Orleans rhythm alive with every beat.
