Festival Jazz Nouvelle-Orléans à la Goutte d'Or
October 20-26, 2026
The Festival Jazz Nouvelle-Orléans à la Goutte d'Or was established through a partnership between the New Orleans Jazz Museum and 360 Paris Music Factory to celebrate the enduring cultural connections between New Orleans and France. Since its launch in 2023, the festival has grown into an annual gathering that showcases the music, foodways, traditions, and cultural heritage of Louisiana while creating opportunities for artistic collaboration and international exchange. Held in Paris’s historic Goutte d'Or district, the festival serves as a platform for introducing international audiences to the living cultural traditions that define New Orleans.
The festival brings together musicians, educators, chefs, authors, cultural organizations, community partners, and audiences through concerts, masterclasses, exhibitions, culinary experiences, artist talks, workshops, film screenings, and a New Orleans-style second line parade. Featured artists have included James Andrews, Cha Wa, Joe Lastie, and members of the NOLA French Connection, creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration between Louisiana and French musicians while demonstrating how culture can foster dialogue, understanding, and lasting international relationships.
A cornerstone of the festival is its emphasis on cultural tourism and global engagement. Through educational programming and immersive travel experiences, the festival encourages visitors to explore Louisiana’s music, cuisine, and cultural heritage while strengthening the historic relationship between New Orleans and France. The New Orleans Jazz Museum looks forward to continuing this partnership through future artist exchanges and collaborative programming.
